Grand entry and polish concrete in curtain
This display home designed for reputable Canberra Builder, Elliott Hardie Homes, is over 3 levels joined by a custom central staircase. An office sits above the garage and connects to the main house via a bridge, with views over the garage rooftop garden that is maturing. Polished concrete floors add to the solar mass of the house, as does all the high performance glass throughout and what separates the staircase/void from the rest of the house. A modern kitchen and large outdoor area is topped off with a pool visible from all the important parts of the house.
